The bus was crowded with passengers, and the conductor was telling everyone by saying 'Go back'. One passenger, a woman around 45 years old, became angry when the conductor touched her. She refused to move, which angered the conductor further. He used rude language and began to verbally abuse the woman. The situation escalated, and the conductor punched the woman in the face, causing her nose and mouth to bleed.
Despite efforts from other passengers to intervene and stop the violence, the situation continued to spiral out of control. Other women on the bus tried to help the injured woman, but she refused their assistance and became verbally aggressive towards them. She even spat blood from her mouth and threw it at other passengers.
Thankfully, the police eventually arrived to bring an end to the violence. But the conductor already ran away. It is unacceptable for anyone to use violence or abusive language towards others, and it is important that such incidents are reported to the relevant authorities to prevent future occurrences.
