Every student knows that once you cross this gate, the place you called home forever is no longer your home, and there’s no turning back. A large number of students aspire to settle abroad. The country you once called home becomes a place you visit occasionally. Your room, your house, and the memories tied to them become locked away, only to be revisited briefly when you return. The moment you board the plane and watch your country disappear into the clouds, and eventually from the map, it hits you everything you loved is now left behind, hidden beneath the sky, as you begin a new chapter in life.
